・Chicken thigh or breast (sizzles nicely if skin still attached)
・Vegetable sides (anything goes, but I recommend potatoes)
・Rosemary
・Salt and Pepper (as much as needed to sprinkle on from high above)
・Olive oil

Recipe
・Put oil on griddle and wait til griddle is hot
・Put garlic in oil (adding red peppers for a flavorful accent is also very tasty)
・Once the griddle is hot, put on the chicken (don't yield to oil spatters!)
・Once the meat is close to done, add rosemary or salt and pepper
・Add vegetables sooner or later during the cooking process depending on what kinds you use
・If anything isn't done yet, put the chicken on a plate and continue to fry the vegetables
・Also delicious when cooked in a regular frying pan or on a hot plate
