Melba is so calm. I like her soft spoken voice. She has a sweet personality. And positive energy. It's obvious to me she's a great person and cook. People always speak highly of her. And the famous restaurant. I enjoy watching her stirring in the pot. Her meals always look so delicious. Like the shrimp and grits today. I can taste it in my mind 😊

I love the fact that she has other people to taste the food other than the host. Even tho i know no one would EVER say it taste horrible on tv even if it did but the fact that others r tasting i like.

I hate Mother's Day! My husband can't find another IT job so I am the sole income. My car is from 1999. I am always broke. But he will use money I made to buy steak and asparagus for Mother's Day. I like it but we can't afford it. That's all that happens. Kids may say something nice but then go about their lives. I supported this family while husband went to college. His great high paying job only lasted 3 years then tech layoffs began. I am so worried we may be homeless soon and he buys steak for dinner. He's a veteran with health issues and says he can't work now even if he found a job. The VA is no help. His advocate never does his job. All I want for Mother's Day is to sleep through it.
