2 cups cornstarch
2 cups all-purpose flour
2-3 tbsp. baking powder
3 cups ice water, plus additional as needed
salt
½ cup white sugar
saba bananas
sugar, as needed

In our province we call this "sinapot", and instead of AP flour we use rice flour. Very light and crispy din po 😊 thanks for sharing this recipe ❤

Pareho pala tayo Chef, my ultimate weakness are turon, maruya, kumbo or dinuldol in Quezon and BananaQ lalo na pag bagong luto ang BananaQ pinapahiran namin yun ng goya chocolate noon until it melts sa BananaQ...sus kasarap!
