El mejor CHEF de CALI gran persona yo TUVE el honor de trabajar con el y fue una gran puerta que se me abrio. Gracias, chef WEST por todo, gracias por la oportunidad de ser parte de su equipo del 2018. Espero y les den una estrella michelin que tanto se la merece, pero para eso hay que trabajar duro y se que algún día no tan lejano ese honor va a llegar. Les deseo lo mejor y para adelante. Había trabajado antes con CHEF Tony esnault y pasar a GUERRILLA fue UNA GRAN oportunidad de desarrollarme en comida MEXICANA, que nunca había estado y más a ese nivel, fue un BUMMMMM!!!!!!!!!! de las mejores experiencias en mi vida.

Katsuji! Another one of my favorite top chef’s. He’s funny af and an inspiring. However I didn’t expect to see Phillip in the mix?? How does that work. He was one of the most irritating chefs from the show. I just don’t see Katsuji and Phillip as homies. 😂
