Innovation is the key to winning this challenge. The 12 home cooks must create a dish using the ingredients from one of the three signature dishes presented. At the 30-minute mark, three dishes are disqualified based on innovation, and at the 60-minute mark, 3 more are disqualified for presentation. Only six dishes will be tasted, with the best securing a spot for the week. All three chefs will taste the dish to select the best among all.

I am truly inspired by your cooking passion despite all the difficulties you have faced from birth and childhood ups and downs I hope not only hundreds but more than thousands get inspired by you and you all great cooks we Mothers/housewifes at home r trying to understand the way you'll prepare and plate fantastically the food presented,sometimes I too were there cooking as I too have inherited from my Mother and fly traditional cooking and I do a lot and serve the old sick and needy and ofcourse my nearones too.I am looking forward to speaking with you'll pls do reply .Now I am only on mobile watching your shows apart from my mobile work.Thanks for your motivating story I think when u could come so high and all hardworking cooks really anyone even if they r from the remote areas of India .Our lands really yields soo much treasure which is soo nutritious and what you'll want to present in front of today's generation is really coming on tables.Thanks to all the great chefs in the world

Food industry me vegetarian chef aur hotels ki log value kyu nhi krte? Vegetarian people can also cook great food. Just because of compulsion of cooking non veg in hotel management and cooking colleges//degrees, strict vegetarian people don't even get into competetion. Respect our food choices and religion. Please don't force people to cook non veg. I wish the awards like michelin, etc is also considered for strict vegetarians. I hope, more vegetarians get love, respect and good career in this industry.
