3 tomatoes
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp crush garlic
1/2 tbsp crush ginger
1 pinch hing
1 tsp degi mirch powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
fresh coriander
1/2 tsp black pepper crush
