An ideal chutney recipe that is not only be served for Idly and Dosa but also with Steamed Rice, Chicken side dish and also perfect for Kebabs. Try this Hotel Style Puthina Chutney / Mint today.
Ingredients:
For Mint Chutney
கடலை பருப்பு - 1 ½ tsp
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் - 5
புதினா - 400 g
புளி - சிறிதளவு
உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு
இஞ்சி - 50 g
தேங்காய் - 100 g
நல்லெண்ணெய் - தேவையான அளவு
உளுந்து - 300 g
பச்சை மிளகாய் - 5
சின்ன வெங்காயம் - 100 g
கொத்தமல்லி - 100 g
பூண்டு - 10 பல்
