Thank you sir. This is original version of kuska which is served in wedding along with chicken gravy. But nowadays even in coimbatore people consider biryani without pieces of mutton or chicken is kuska. Some people do same version but still add tomato that also don't reflect original taste Thank you Rajan sir and Deena sir Regina
