35-layer pie
Ingredients
4: 5 cups of flour. (200 ml)
A cup of cold water
A cup of cold milk
A tea glass of sunflower oil (100ml)
One egg
A pack of baking powder
A teaspoon of salt
200 g of feta cheese
200 g butter
Half a lemon or two spoons of vinegar
Soup Bowl of starch
Preparation
We put flour, salt, baking powder in a bowl. We open the middle section of the bowl. WE crack an egg, add water, milk and oil and then start kneading our dough for 3 minutes. When you are done, rest the dough for 30 minutes.
We divide the dough into 35 meringue. We sprinkle the starch and roll out the pieces of dough as shown in the video, into dessert-plate sizes. We pile them in twelve, w then we spread the dough out with a rolling pin into the size of the tray. First, brush the tray with butter then we put the first layer on the baking tray and put the white cheese or your favourite filling in it and repeat the process. After closing the last layer carefully, cuts the dough, brush the top with butter. We let it sit for 10 minutes and then bake it in the oven at 170 or at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
Remove the pie from the oven, leave it to cool off. When the pie cools off, it becomes delicious. You can consume it with a cup of tea. Enjoy
