The Ingredients for the Yoghurt Dessert:
Four eggs
1.5 glasses of flour
1.5 glasses of semolina
One glass of yogurt
One glass of granulated sugar
One glass of sunflower oil
One tea glass of milk
One pack of vanilla
One pack of baking powder
For its Syrup (Sherbet):
3 glasses of granulated sugar
4 glasses of water
1 slice of lemon
Preparation:
We crack the eggs into the mixing bowl, pour the sugar in and froth it for 3 minutes with a mixer. We add milk, yoghurt, oil and mix with a whisk, then add semolina, flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix it well. Then we oil the tray, sprinkle some coconut and pour our mixture into the bowl. We bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 35 minutes, on the middle level of the oven. When we deliver the dessert into the oven, we immediately put the sugar, water and lemon in a pot. We boil it for 10 minutes and take it off the stove. The temperature of the dessert decreases as we take it out of the oven and then we pour the syrup(sherbet). We stick some toothpicks in and cover it with a tray for 5 minutes. Let's put 3 ladles of syrup(sherbet) away so that we can pour it on later and our dessert becomes much softer and absorbs the syrup much better. Later on, we pour the syrup(sherbet) we have put away, sprinkle some coconut on and serve it with pistachios. It was an extremely easy dessert to prepare. You can prepare it too. Enjoy it😊👍 ♥ ️
