Just tried it chef RV for Christmas Noche Buena. My husband and brother-in-law, who are both Indians, loved it very much! Hindi kasi sila sanay na kumain ng pork since dito sa place namin, hindi sila marunong magluto, kaya usually it ends up na sobrang tigas ng pork meals nila. Life saver and even if sobrang tgal din nito lutuin, it's all worth it sa dulo. I slow cooked it for 3 hours after boiling since matanda na ata yung baboy na nabili namin and after cooking, falls off the bone yung meat! even after the next day, juicy pa din ung ribs and malinamnam.

I tried this and hubby keeps asking for me to cook it.. I'm using crock pot for this recipe tapos iniiwanan ko lang pagtulog. Paggising may ulama na..igigrill lang onti,, ayon bongga na!!thanks Chef RV...mwaaah
