3-4 kg Lengua (Ox tongue), cleaned and washed thoroughly
¼ cup pounded garlic, with skin on
1 white onion, peeled and quartered
Splash of White vinegar
Splash of Fish sauce, to taste
¼ cup butter
2 cups finely chopped red onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Worcestershire sauce
Broth (from boiling the Lengua)
1-2 cups all-purpose cream
2-3 cups sliced button mushroom
Grated cheese

Wala akong hilig magluto... Mas gusto Kong kumain. Pero simula ng nakapanuod ako ng cooking vloggs ni chef rv, I started cooking and so happy of the finished product. Chef RV makes cooking so easy, even to the dishes that, I thought, were so hard to make. So, thank you VM, chef RV! God bless you!!!

May mga kamay lng tlga na masarap mg luto. Ung tipong kahit asin lng ang tinimpla sobrang sarap na ng lasa. Meron dn nmn ngluluto n kahit gano k special ang pg luto, kahit gano k social ang mga ingredients, yong nakakatakam tingnan pero pg kinain mo walang lasa. Nasa kamay din tlga yan. Naniniwala ako jn.
