Ramsay could criticize her all the time, she would skate past dinner service constantly, but Ramsay never intervened, normally you see him quite quickly call someone out for not moving fast enough to his standards. like when early in the season, Ashley took a sip from her water bottle and checked her watch, instantly called out. meanwhile I believe the dinner service after, you see Jennifer literally in fast forward, while Elise is standing still and looked like normal speed, but he never said a thing.

@@lissy.f03 easiest way of painting this is basically "drama" She brings nothing to the table, even if she could rival Ramsay, she's so toxic and annoying that not many people could work with her period, at some point you would let her go and just have a team of competent chefs instead of a 1 person that basically drags everyone behind her because nobody wants to even try to be competent with that person around.

it's essentially a nerve test, how are you under real pressure, since Dinner Service can be hectic and chaotic, that doesn't show your mental fortitute. meanwhile, these types of challenges, where you either make it or break it, that's when your true mental fortitute shows up. Like you can see how Robyn while making the dish was about 75% focused, since she was also doubting herself as Jockey pointed out. Jennifer was happy with her ingredients already, if she executed the potato's she would've likely gone up. (since Benjamin did have a criticism to his dish, although extremely minor) Benjamin is stone cold, you didn't see any hint of panic in his eyes, sometimes I can't stand him, especially when he goes "oui chef" constantly, but he was 100% locked in, 0% hesistation or nervous at all. Michelle also was generally good on this front, except she did have to scramble for some extra spices, but that's to be expected when you get bad ingredients and need to improvise. Elise however, pacing around with her lobster in hand "do i poach it not? nah, yeh ... nah ... i'll poach is, just don't overcook it"
