For the Chicken :
•Chicken(halved with skin) - 2
•Whole corriander seeds - 1tblspn

•Kashmiri chilly powder(optional) - 1tspn
•Salt - as needed
•Olive oil - 3tblspn
•Saffron yellow colour (optional) -1/4tspn
For the rice:
•Sella/Basmati rice -3.5cup
•Onion(finely chopped) - 1med
•Capsicum(chopped) - 1/2
•Green chilly - 2
•Salt - as needed
•Cloves - 5-6
•Cumin seeds - 1tblspn
•Whole corriander seeds -1/2tblspn
•Garlic(chopped) -2
•Bay leaf -2
•Cardamom -10
•Cinnamon - 2-3
•Dry lemon -2
•Black whole pepper - 1/4tblspn

Shameemkkaa.. Innu ഡിന്നറിനു ഉണ്ടാക്കിട്ടോ.. ഒരു പേടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എല്ലാം വേവുമോ എന്നൊക്കെ.. ഇക്ക പറഞ്ഞ അളവുകളും ടൈമിങ്ങും methodum എടുത്ത് ഇഡ്ഡലി ചെമ്പിൽ ആണ് ആക്കിയത്... Perfect എന്നുപറഞ്ഞാൽ കുറഞ്ഞു പോകും 😍😍 അത്ര കിടിലൻ taste.. ചിക്കന്റെയും റൈസിന്റെയും വേവ് അത്ഭുതമായിപ്പോയി.. അത്ര perfect.. Soft and juicy ചിക്കൻ with ഇക്ക പറഞ്ഞപോലെ പൂ പോലത്തെ rice 😍😍 ആ തക്കാളി chutney കൂടെ ആയപ്പോൾ out of the world 😍 ഇങ്ങളൊക്കെയാണ് cookingil എനിക്ക്‌ inspiration ❤❤ എന്റെ mummykk മന്തി ഇഷ്ട്ടമല്ല.. പക്ഷെ ഈ മന്തി mummykk ഭയങ്കര ഇഷ്ട്ടമായി.. യൂട്യൂബിൽ എത്രയോ കുക്കിംഗ് ചാനലുകൾ ഉണ്ട് .. പലരും പല വിധത്തിൽ മന്തി ഉണ്ടാകാൻ പറഞ്ഞു ..പക്ഷെ അതിൽ മിക്കവാറും തന്നെ സാദാരണക്കാർക് ഉണ്ടാകാൻ പറ്റാത്ത വിധത്തിൽ ആണ് .. പക്ഷെ അതിൽ നിന്നെല്ലാം വ്യത്യസ്തമാണ് ഷമീമിന്റെ ഈ റെസിപ്പി . ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു .. വളരെ നന്നായി വന്നു.. എല്ലാവരും പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ ചിക്കനും റൈസും കറക്റ്റ് വേവ് ആയിരുന്നു .. ഡിഫറെൻറ് flavor ആയിരുന്നു .. എല്ലാവര്ക്കും നല്ല ഇഷ്ടമായി ..thank you for this simple and amazing recipe ..

Authentic recipe...ellarum must try rcp aane, rice had good chicken flavour..ellaa mandi rcp chicken maggi cube use cheyyum...ith maggi cube onnum use cheyyathe thannee nalla orginal flavour😋😋orikkal enkilum ellavrum try cheyyanam.... its worth for the effort...😍👍🏻
