Liverpool 1-1 Crystal Palace 2022 at Anfield. Brillant Performance from Doucouré in only his 2nd game for Palace. Should’ve even had 2 assists! Rumoured to be joint Liverpool.

Decent performance that. He gets the ball and gets rid quickly which can put the other team under pressure if someone like Mac Allister and Sboz get it. Not many options are out there now. Palhina is the best but at 28, we know Liverpool won't be interested. Lavia for me, wasn't ready. Not doubting what a fantastic player he was but we need someone with a few more years experience. Chelski didn't buy him to use now. He won't start often unless there are injuries but you can't blame him for rejecting us they way we messed him around.

Better than Caicedo at all the essential defensive midfielder skills: positioning, intercepting, anticipating, cutting off angles and incisive forward passes. Caicedo only has an edge in slide tackling, long distance speed, and maybe jumping ability.

The big problem with these sorts of comps is that they only show his 'highlights' and not all his involvements eg. when he makes a mistakes, goes AWOL, gets caught out of position etc. It makes him seem better than he actually is.

He most similiar to destroyer type of DM than close to holding type like jorginho or rodri. May inter, ATM, & Liverpool should consider him beacuse this 3 clubs not have good conventional DM

He’s got world class potential, this was only his 2nd game for Crystal Palace. Was insanely good for RC Lens and then won player of the year at Palace. Top top player
