After Abramovich take over that era felt madness. It felt like Chelsea against the world. Liverpool, Man United, Barcelona were Chelsea's top 3 nemesis. The amount of Cup games we played against those teams every season was immese, created a new sort of rivalry from 2005-2012.

Although he was lucky to not concede a pen with his foul on Giggs which even after that the ball crossed the line yet Cech is then allowed to just throw it to his teammate like nothing happened.

I've been a Chelsea fan since 13 years. This is my favorite game of Chelsea. When everyone jumped to the bandwagon and supported United, me and my bestfriends supported Chelsea. I screamed my lungs out when Drogba scored that goal. Even my dad was like "you support Chelsea??"

I remember this match like it was yesterday. This was the first finale to be played in the new reinvaded Wembley stadium . Chelsea also won the first Super cup to be played on it.

No they didn't. ManUtd won it... and it's called the Community Shield not SuperCup. Chelsea have only won SuperCup in 1998 it's a European competition not domestic. Unless you meant the CarlingCup.

Mourinho controlled the game at this game. It was the best offense vs the best defense teams. It was a boring game, yes. But that's how you beat United at the time. You can't do attacking football in this Ronaldo's era. Jose was a master of football.

Drogba controversial goal 116th minute considering ManUtd had poor goal-line decision against them at 0-0 ManUtd would've either won in extra-time or the shootout if they still conceded as they had better takers on the pitch. 2008 CL final Drogba sent off 116th minute and makes ManUtd shootout favourites.
