We bossed most of the game, and they only got their act together when we were running on empty. Calling Mudryks masterpiece a fluke, is truly desperate lol. Must be tough when you're supposedly a 'top 4' team yet you can't quite edge past a so-called 'mid' team, eh?😂 Definitely a few things we can work on - like Sanchez's tricky short passes (maybe more high pressure decision making training needed?) - listen, Sanchez is a great goalie and this match doesnt take away from that. Arsenal are just a team that will attack for the full 90. This gives us insight on how to tackle Mancity and Tottenham going forward. We can't afford to let up on our attack and defence at any point. Also the timing and impact of our subs. Subs need clear instructions as to how to impact the game. Good to see Reece back. I'm sure he will be back to good form in no time. I feel too that we shouldn't sub Mudryk and Palmer both at the same time. For some reason it left us vulnerable. Managing our energy levels is also essential, especially when facing more experienced teams. More stamina training to last 90mins. Let's also keep the energy/ communication levels sky-high, especially when the tank's running low. Thiago Silvas leadership can help hype the team up I reckon. Let's decide who'll take penalties and freekicks before hand so we don't see tiffs on the pitch lol. Don't need a Neymar / kylian scenario in CFC lol sorry psg. Overall, great match. Let's take the lessons and gear up for the next one. Going up against Brentford, if we win and garner three points, keep a clean sheet and most of all, make up on goal difference by a big margin, we'll be firmly in the top 10.
