@@vortexathletic No, it's absolutely not legal: Chelsea/Clearlake bought players and sells them to it's own shareholder (Saudi Pro League/PIF Clubs).. that's money laundering and exactly the reason why it's prohibited to own more than one club, so you can't just sell your players from Team A to yourself in Team B to even out your finances.. And it has nothing to do with the personal life choices of the players.. sure it can be nice for a Muslim player to play in a Muslim country.. totally different topic..

He is just trying to Bargain himself and Chelsea out of their sticky situation using the Saudi Pro League, I wouldn't call someone who can't do business on transfer windows a "clever club owner" rather the opposite. And when those players leave, tell me who do you guess he is going to replace them with? 😂 He will just repeat the same mistake he did last time and start spending mind numbing amounts of cash on players that don't fit Chelsea's system. And the team will end finishing mid or bottom half of the table again.
