you did 2 things wrong. #1. Your not supposed to apply it in the sun. #2. You use 1 mirco fiber towel to wipe it on and micro fiber another towel to wipe it off this way no residue is left on the surface. You applied it in the sun, so for sure you left a residue because it dries too fast and leaves a haze. You must apply in the shade and use a 2 micro fiber towel method. I've tried all the detail sprays out there and this one from Chemical guys on vinyl is the best. I used it on my 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 2020 & Brand New 2021 Aventador Roaster so I know what I'm talking about.
