I have a 2020 Tacoma, bought it brand new. Right away I washed it with Hydro Suds, clayed it and then applied CG’s Carbon force. Then I applied the Hydro Charge and then the Hydro Slick. Believe me, there are no words to express how amazing it looks or how insane the water beading is! Also, I coated the plastic bed liner of my Tacoma with Hydro Shield and I’m telling you, it looks better now than when I first bought my truck! Thank You Chemical Guys!

I have an 06 Civic with 172,560, only thing went bad was A/C cv axel that’s, paint was very good but had swirls, I tried everything but nothing worked until I started watching your videos and buying the right tools to get an amazing shine with no more scratches & swirls, I owe all this to u in giving me the confidence so man am I happy with the results, Thank You So Much.

I applied Hydro Slick to my truck today. Looks insanely good! My only thing I’m trying to figure out is I want to apply a second coat of hydro slick. Here in AZ we have dirt falling constantly so could I clean my truck with Hydro Speed, and then apply a second coating of hydro slick? Not sure what to do.

Hi! Great tutorial. Was wandering tho: I applied hydro charge last week and now I want to apply hydro slick over it. Should I use WipeOut after the wash, before using Hydro Slick? Is it not going to damage the HydroCharge coating? p.s.: the car is just lightly dusty

Any tips to help reduce dust accumulation. I do my maintenance wash with either green honeydew or purple maxi suds, clay bar the car, apply my glaze, jet seal and wax last. Is there any product you recommend that will make the dust react like water does on ceramic treated panels ? Thanks to your videos my 2016 kia Optima sxl still looks like it came out the dealer lot 😂

How many times can you use a clay bar, also can you store it back in its case after use?

Hey Eddie! The clay bar can be used multiple times until a clean side can no longer be found. Absolutely, place it in its case so that it will be ready for the next job.

When I applied Hydroslick to my vehicle's paint and let it cure, it was very difficult to remove, I had to use a quick detailer to remove it from my paint. Any ideas to why this happned?

Hey! In warmer ambient temperature it can cure HydroSlick quicker, allowing about 30 seconds is all that is needed for HydroSlick to bond to the surface.

Hi Joseph! Try working in a shaded area when the vehicle is cool to the touch. If possible, rinse away spent soap before moving to the other side.

The information I’ve gathered is this - use the V series (in order depending on the paint severity), Wipe Out, Hydrocharge, Hydroslick, Wet Mirror Finish, Jet Seal, and then Butter Wet Wax. With Hydroslick having ceramic, why are those three additional steps needed?

Hi Paul! HydroCharge and HydroSlick can be used as a standalone barrier of protection. Glaze, sealant and wax are optional steps to add gloss and longevity.

Hey guys I’m hoping I can get a reply I buy all of ur products I’m a fan boy lol I currently have the butter wax I’m looking to get this product to try ; do /can I use both after I wash? Or only one or the other. If I’m able to use both so I use the wax first and then this product or vice versa ? I’m asking cuz u mentioned this is a ceramic coat while the butter is a wax /protection

Hey! Use Wipe Out to thoroughly cleanse the surface before applying coatings. Speed Wipe is great for picking up dust and messes in between washes.

Whenever you put the blue tape does it leave any glue residue? Should i wipe off that area that was covered in tape?
