This opening is simply perfect, everything about it is comical and interesting, making you never skip it, a work of art of the highest level.

This communicates the tone of the manga so well, it's dark but comedic, sinister but tender, and chaotic but personal. MAPPA really pulled it off well

This opening perfectly encapsulates the trippy, chaotic, and feverish feel that Chainsaw Man has, and the countless movie references are such a respectful add-on for Fujimoto's work. There could not have been a better team to adapt the Chainsaw Man manga. You can see the love and energy put into it

The symbolism in 1:17 the differences in their dream Power and Denji see live as it is. They just feel enough playing cat and eating with pochita Aki stands on the snow, see life as a cold place, the only aim is to get revenge While Makima stands on the pile of books, show how much she knows the 'world' that's not as innocent as the others see. Makima look into the darkness as how she see the the whole life as nothing but hell game.

Something about this OP just makes you wanna play it over and over again 😩

This op is not just a great expression of each character’s personality, it’s a love letter to tatsuki fujimoto’s love for film with all of the different references to classic films but with the csm characters. Really goes to show how the love for an author rather than just their work can enhance the adaptation of their work. Amazing job MAPPA!

I have grown such a addiction to this OPENING. You can't deny that this OPENING is too good. One of the best OPENINGs in the anime for sure.

I love the absolute chaos in this OP. Especially in the action scene from 0:52- 1:12. Usually in OPs the action scenes are very slick and the characters are doing these bad ass acrobatic moves, but here Denji and Power, are just flailing around destroying everything in sight , as if they don’t know exactly what to do but are just going with the flow and trying to save the day through brute force before finally collecting themselves and coming up with an insane, “super smart” plan, using the golden ball. It’s very entertaining and very much like their characters.

「ガラ空き」「ラッキーデー」とか「ランドリー」「カッタリー」で韻踏んでたり、聞いてて気持ちいい つかみからカッコ良すぎる

Power and Denji being a chaotic duo and Aki with them was brilliant. The energy and movie references in this opening are insane. It hits harder if you know the meaning of the lyrics. Mappa and Kenshi Yonezu went all out with the fantastic animation and music and you can feel it.
