2:54 Jack means the tool we use to lift the car while changing tyre or to operate the vehicle. Like the jack lifts the car shubh is trying to refer the word 'jack' like there were no any jack or a person who lifts him up but It's all about him and his hardwork which has lifted him up. We here in India use the world 'Jack' most often to ask someone if he had used any jack to get the work done. It is like a metaphor for anything which get the things done even when the situation is complicated.

Actually, in Punjabi, when they say, ehda jack lgg gya. Means He got lucky. He's trying to say, I didn't just get lucky. i worked Hard for it, hence big cheques.

Regarding the "Jack" line.. it's wrongly translated.. he's actually saying "Lagge Jack nai" which directly translates to "I don't have any Jacks attached".. as in, I don't have any Jacks attached Jacking me up (word play on a Car Jack.. he's saying that he doesn't have any big names or record labels propping him up.. he's getting himself big Cheques on his own calibre)..
