All-pips-out player Maxim Cherepnin plays against all-inverted player Alexandr Belskiy.
Cherepnin plays with Spinlord Waran 2.0 on FH and Spinlord Gipfelsturm 1.8 on BH, on fast balsa-composite blade.
Gipfelsturm is a unique and very effective new short pips that are in production now and awaiting to be available for sale in June 2016. Maxim has the test sample of the rubber and he liked it so much that decided to use it right now.

Because he uses pips so he cannot generate spin. He rather uses the opponents' spin and speed against them. Once the opponent opens up the attack, he can counter. The spinner the opponent's top spin balls are, the more backspin or wobbling effects he can generate using his medium pips in his backhand. If the balls go to his forehand, he can use short pips to smash the balls back.
