Exquisite work! I am not quite sure if the icing you are working with is Royal Icing? Are the different components (outline, filled inner color, flowers, etc.) all done in Royal Icing in varying consistency? Or is there another icing/frosting recipe used ? I’ve only recently discover your videos and love watching them. Your artwork is a joy!
