I wasn't sure about your sock colors at first but as I watched, they grew on me and I like them together. Your knitting and crochet projects are gorgeous. The blanket and then project with motifs that is trying to become a blanket are both beautiful. They remind me of projects my grandmother and great grandmother made. Thank you for sharing.

Can you have too many white crocheted bedspreads? I think not! Just gorgeous whether you make it into a blanket or for a window dressing. I also really love how the socks look! And lucky you that you all ended up with snow! We didn't get any this year and I'm afraid that's it for us.

The vintage blanket reproduction is glorious, I had to do something similar for a great aunt. I ended up doing a properly fancy border at each side but the top and bottom had a simple htr edge. Only way to get the numbers to match 😂Great podcast and love the jumper too.

The blanket is beautiful! The old shawl pattern could have been made on those small motif looms, I recall my Aunt making something similar back in the late 70's. Your conversion of it is lovely. I love making home deck items as well.

I love the tone and speed of your podcast - so relaxing and unhurried rather than being a frantic run through of a million things. Thank you for that. As usual everything you’ve been making is beautiful. I am sitting up in bed knitting as I watch, with my elderly and rather niffy rescue dog lying under the duvet beside me in her usual place and I laughed at the thought of a white bedspread with all our rescue pets! As for the socks - the colours look gorgeous. The beauty of scrappy socks is that they take you out of your comfort zone. Go wild and continue them for an Easter celebration! Jinny

The white blanket is truly looking beautiful. I too have recently purchased the Trescao pattern and now I’m persuaded not to wait till next year to start, thanks. As for the socks, if you don’t like them when they’re finished, send them to ......... lol.
