Spring colours tend to be a tad cooler than summer I was hoping to capture that. It was a fun one.

I have watched several paintings from MaxArt and the brand of paint is never mentioned in your list. Is the brand of oil paint not important? Any should work the same?

Most good quality paints will work well. I used to use Georgian student grade oils for 10 years. These days I mostly use Gamblin artist oil paints. But as long as you are not going for ultra cheap ones you should be good with other brands.
