Chery Malaysia organized a pre-launch media drive for the Tiggo 7 Pro and we were invited - it was a short drive and we did a vlog of the drive for your viewing pleasure.
The drive wasn’t long enough for us to do any in-depth study, but initial indications are that it will be a serious contender in the C-segment for SUV’s in this country.
It is a direct competitor to the Proton X70, having very similar dimensions, but with a more potent powertrain. The official launch will be in a couple of days, and then we will know the retail price - this will be a very important factor that will affect the buying decision, and knowing how fiercely competitive the Chinese brands are, we are all eagerly looking forward to that announcement.

Hello all. if I have the budget to buy toyota cross and tigo 7 pro, which should I choose and why? Is this the only reason to buy toyota cross because of the quality and reliability?

Unker, next time you in this place, drop me a DM. After the U turn, from the toll, the RX300 hits 185kmh GPS when you pass the 2nd wooded lorry, and 200kmh GPS at the telecom tower. This in normal mode ya. Come see the car and see if you like it. Then i take you to see our PM's residence and take some lovely pics.😊

Even with new car, when driving slow at the red bump is very harsh. They need to adjust that bump, my car feel want to roboh everytime driving that thing

With the road tax and duties that are favourable in East Malaysia, why would you want to waste your money on this car? Get a Ninja King instead

Same here, personally i test drive both car twice, i like Emzoom handling, but tiggo 7 give me more comfy driving, emzoom throttle need to get used to it, for me lah. And comparing with features and function, Tiggo 7 is winning Emzoom i think , voice command, BSM ( side mirror ), car infotainment option2 , passenger and driver both electric seat ( emzoom only driver ) Emzoom having 1 side rear ac and tiggo have 2 side of ac for behind passenger, But Emzoom very stylish looking lah.

@@luissim7170I prefer emzoom too, but the laggy infotainment and TC management handling on this are steering me away. Considering going for safer option

People who can't afford this car will say its a lousy car. I remember those days, people say that the american car is good until it is not. At the same time they say the Japanese car is bad until it is good. This is the transition the world is going through. All these people who commented have not even tested the car or at least sit in. Its the same that I make an opening statement. I will simply say whatever I want like those who have commented. Give them a taste of their own medicine. Plenty of depraved people around.
