Well, got all excited when I saw this recommended but only 1:18 into this already annoyed me. The show Popstars The Rivals had nothing to do with Simon Cowell. Very easy information to find out.

If there is one thing that alot of Boyband/Girlbands have in common is the fact that so many come from Low Income Housing Projects. From New Edition, New Kids On The Block, and Abz from Five and I'm sure many others. Even Diana Ross grew up in a Low Income Housing project. Also the smartist thing that they did was that they stayed with Xenomania the whole time. Eden's Crush (Popstars 2001) had so many disadvantages. They were upset that Nicole Scherzinger was getting the bulk of The Leads and while the Songwriters they worked with had hits for Monica & 98 Degrees none were really hits.
