Cheryl pays emotional tribute to Sarah Harding at Girls Aloud gig

Ай бұрынGirls Aloud kicked off their three dates in Manchester on Thursday night (May 23) with a poignant tribute to Sarah Harding.
Sarah tragically passed away at the age of 39 in September 2021 after being diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. Last month, she was honoured with a mural in Stockport where she grew up in a bid to raise awareness of cancer in young people.
During Thursday night’s show, the band took centre stage at the AO Arena where they performed some of their biggest hits, including Sound of the Underground and Love Machine, for the first time since the band last toured in 2013.
Throughout the show, the band paid fitting tribute to Sarah, with the singer regularly appearing on the screen behind the group, with her vocals remaining intact for some songs.
Cheryl spoke to the crowd to pay tribute to Sarah, and revealed how emotional it was to be back in Sarah’s hometown.

She's just talking to the crowds just like any other members in their own concert, in between songs. Nothing has to do with trying to be relevant. What should she suppose to do? Quit the band?

What on earth has she done to her face. Nothing wrong with getting Botox and fillers but she’s done something weird and I think that’s why she has that ridiculous long hair, to cover her face

She's definitely done her lips , she never had a duck face. She is probably my all time pop star crush , I'm not sure what happened , her cheeks are wider and her lips are done 😢

@@steve10 she was so so beautiful. She could have just had a bit of Botox and a bit of filler without doing too much. She looks like she’s had that buckle fat removal thing. The others all look like themselves but Cheryl doesn’t and it’s such a shame 🥲

@@user-mx2rz7gz2d just had a look at what that is and I think you are right , it explains why her cheek bones are so prominent, she was so pretty with a fuller face. Maybe she felt insecure about her looks after having bear 🤷♂️ That long hair is just awful.

I see what you mean, and I am not even a fan of the group, but if you consider how rarely they come together and perform, it s not so crazy. And it is also work for them. They do make a lot of money, yes, but this doesn’t mean they don’t need or want to make more, especially those who are not as active and productive as others in the group
