Good morning, Cheryl! I completely understand what you mean. Morning muscle stiffness can be annoying, especially in colder weather. I think I can learn a lot from your approach, like taking some time to "warm up" your body before diving into the day. I totally agree about using dusters too. It's easy to think the surfaces are clean, so I just keep using them without much thought. Your calm and peaceful vlog this week was truly appreciated. Thank you for sharing! 🥰

Thanks Amy, stretching definitely helps in relieving muscle tension in the morning, I find it really relaxing and energising too 😊 I’m still on the fence about using duster. I love how it’s so convenient to use although I can’t help but wonder where did the dust go? 😄

Hi, these are not symbols.. I was trying to draw autumn birch trees 🤭 I write all sort of things in my journal.. like day to day happenings, thoughts and feelings, doodles, etc.

Buongiorno Sonia, seems we spend slow mornings in the same way 😊. I don't usually use a duster to clean surfaces but I tried a new product in the vlog as recommended by a friend. Like you, I also prefer to wipe the dust with damp fibre cloth. It's the only way I can be sure that the dust is gone! 😊
