probably because lower elo don't think that much so maybe if you don't take free pieces like knight or bishop, our opponent might blunder a rook while trying to save that knight or we can play what black played, trading pieces. This is my ideology tho so it might be wrong

LOL 700-1000 normally dont play that way. your just lucky to get matched with the worst players of that elo so this video doesnt mean anything anyway (those players you get matched up on are about 400-600 elo skills
