A good chess player needs good nutrition so that his energy levels are maintained throughout an event. Especially if the tournament is as intense as the World Juniors 2019.
At the Leela Ambience and Convention, the official hotel of the World Juniors 2019, the players were treated to sumptuous and huge spread of breakfast.
To give you a glimpse of what the breakfast was like IM Sagar Shah reached cafe Knosh at 6.30 a.m. Breakfast in charge Chef Harmeet Singh is your host and tells you all the about the different dishes!

What a huge variety of food and you have huge knowledge of your food. Thanks for such a lovely video from you. We Punjabis are people belong to different breed of Race. If you ask me then I must tell you that Punjabi food is the most popular all over the world and Punjabi Chefs are amazing and very hard working. Great.

Very wonderful buffet. I think this is the no 1 buffet in India. You will get here everything. Buffet setup is very very excellent aslo Chef is very good person. Every hotel can learning from here. ❤️❤️❤️

Awesome Chef Mindblowing God Bless this bro!!!.. Chef is courteous, sweet, and very down to earth. he could have ordered one of the guys to make dosa but he himself made it. Such a lovely person and no attitude @ all. Loved that nature that he has.

Love ur video. I love the soft big idlis and variety of dosa. Chai coffee counter. Fresh juices awesome. And the chef was superb who introduced us to every counter and explained all things so well. Love the chef. I came across ur video today. Loved ur video. How lucky players those who were boarded for 12 days in leelaand got to taste the lavish spread.

Compliments Mr Harmeet Singh: There are sections like the honey, coffee and tea and the South India section that buffets my native Australia should adopt: the pancake section looks superb; I would jokingly bemoan the absence of waffles and crumpets, but it should be a template for buffets in the Southern Hemisphere. VERY IMPRESSIVE. I hope you are as successful Post-COVID crisis.
