Hi all, today's video is a chest workout with dumbbells. 4 great exercises that will allow you to pump up your pecs and make them visually bigger!
I have 15 kg dumbbells in my video, this is enough for me, you should choose the weight of dumbbells based on your capabilities at the moment! If you are a beginner - then choose dumbbells of light weight, if you are already an advanced athlete, then dumbbells should be 30% of your own weight or more.
Try to perform exercises with the right technique. You should also take your time when doing the exercises. In the form of a sample number of approaches and indulgences, you can adapt this number to yourself! Try to do the exercise for at least 40 seconds! Rest time between exercises should be not more than 4-5 minutes.
It is enough to do this workout 1-2 times a week, it is good to combine pecs with triceps workout!
Do not forget about a balanced diet, quality sleep 7-9 hours and recovery after workout!
