Chaudhry Fateh Deen Gujjar was known as a very generous person in Cheta village and cared a lot for the poor people. People in India knew him as a Pious man. After partition his family settled in Gojra toba tek singh Chak no 371 Ganda Singh.
Cheta is a Village in Banga Tehsil in Nawanshahr District of Punjab State, India. It is located 30 KM towards west from District head quarters . 10 KM from Banga. 120 KM from State capital Chandigarh
Cheta Pin code is 144503 and postal head office is Pharala .
Katarian ( 4 KM ) , Bharoli ( 5 KM ) , Ghuman ( 5 KM ) , Mehliana ( 5 KM ) , Soondh ( 6 KM ) are the nearby Villages to Cheta. Cheta is surrounded by Mahilpur Tehsil towards East , Phagwara Tehsil towards west , Hoshiarpur-Ii Tehsil towards North , Garhshankar Tehsil towards East .
