@@ShwetaSingh-iw6dk using vit c in the morning along with spf actually gives more sun protection and helps with pigmentation. So vit c can act as an protector as well as treatment. For pigmentation it is really helpful in the morning. A broad spectrum spf is must otherwise it will oxidise rapidly making the skin dull.

I prefer using Ceramide face serum as it keeps skin hydrated for more than a day and it increases skin elasticity also so less ageing signs. It's really good for all skin types.

Hi Di, In chemical exfoliation there are also PHA coming up and stating that it's more beginner friendly and milder than AHA/BHA. If PHA is safe to use and milder, I would like to start using that for chemical exfoliation. Please confirm on the same Di, your opinion matters a lot to me.

Thank you Chetali. Just blown with all the information packed in this Vlog. Am 47 and honestly, am just beginning to learn and understand the world of serums.....etc. Haven't really explored the brands you or others've mentioned in the comments below. Don't really have a regimen for skin as such. But have been using the Olay Serum daily for over a decade now. Recently I broke the chain by picking up Earth Rhythm's Hyaluronic Acid Serum For Dry & Dehydrated Skin. Used it in daytime and hence felt a bit chappy in facial skin. Now here am to understand and learn what my skin really needs and intend not fall into the trap of buying things without the knowledge. It would be really nice if there's a way / link to identify what one's skin really needs. TIA.

Can i use BHA cleansers on a daily basis? Would it affect my skin barrier since it's exfoliating? If I pair BHA cleanser with a moisturizer which consists of niacinimide, would it be effective ? Its said that Retinol can be mixed with Vitamin C.. infact while explaining about Retinol,, that active list image u posted is saying that Retinol can be mixed with Niacin,Hyaluron,VitC but not with Aha/Bha.. Please clear this

Hi Chaitali....amazing detailed video...requesting you to please make one...which shows....the complete routine and sequence..as to...what to apply of a nude washed face...be it vit c or hyloronic acid...and layer it with sunscreen.....pls make one if possible..
