Atleast you mentioned that cost will be more when we use old technologies to construct these kind of homes. Many are getting misled that eco friendly homes are cheaper to build. Appreciate your transparency brother. I wish you best of luck for your future projects. I have a request brother. Is it possible to create a new series in your channel where you can ask your older clients give testimony on the projects you worked and a quick walk around of the projects too? This way we audience will have better chance in becoming your future clients. I hope you will consider this request

Awesome, the life of the building will be atleast 250 years, but I have concerns about the concrete basement and girder, but girder can be replaced with teak wood. But concrete basement would weaken in time though (after 100+ years I mean).
