In 2018 sep or oct, Hyderabad city had so many dengue cases that beds in all the major hospitals were occupied with dengue patients.my mother had bladder issue and we went to appollo helath city, staff informed us that the beds were not vacant and they can't admit my mother. We were waiting at the admission counter, the lady in the video had seen us came to us enquired and said she/appollo is very sorry that they couldn't admit immediately but she had assured that she would arrange the bed in 1 hr. After 1 hr my mother was admitted. Such a honest and well behaved couple. May god bless them. KVR losing as MP is not his personal loss it's a lost to the society.
