If dont have the extra money to buy a new switch or cut a new key, just grind down the side lock bar underneath the cylinder until its smooth and even...reinstall it until you are able to buy a new ignition switch cylinder or key made but you can use any key crank your vehicle.

Yes sir my 07 Chevy ignition switch I believe is Fawlty I can turn it on and instrument panel come on with all lights and as I'm driving sometimes I forget to look at it when I leave and the instrument panel is lit up with lights so I jiggled the switch and all the lights go off the ones that are supposed to be

Must the circle plus transponder .. and made .. you can do it on board programming 10 minutes turn on and off for 3 times .. don’t brake the antenna around the switch .

Hey bro great info! Do you have a how too on removing a cylinder with no key? (if thats not illegal!) i have an 2003 cadillac with no keys at all but dont want to do more damage than i need too.

But now it doesn't start it'll turn over sometimes and when I put it into drive or try to back up it will die before I can even put it into gear so you believe it's in it's in the tumblers or you know in the cylinder I think I need to change it out that's what I'm going to do but I want to know first so soon as you can help me let me know thank you

@@bobbyu8991 hey Bobby I already got it man it wasn't hard at all not as hard as I thought it would be. On my 07 Chevy trailblazer all I had to do is take the top cover off and put it down in that that little ho slot and push it towards the key and or cylinder and it just pops out. Very nice uh? Thank you

I find a lot of the time the car just needs a fresh key on those gm and mo par cars when the ignition fails. Honda is a whole new story lol.

How many times did i make a new key for a honda to have it jam the split wafer. Then i was replacing the ignition. Learning curves lol

Hello, I see the ignition cylinder. But, is that an ignition sensor or module, that's over the key cylinder? I am talking about the black piece with the 4 terminal, wires coming out of them? Not the ignition switch.

Thats the immobilizer and key antenna receiver.
