Why are all my buttons greyed out except for phone and configure?

I don't have an issue with pairing. The problem I have, is that Chevy Mylink won't work when making bluetooth calls. You call someone from the 2018 Equinox that I drive, is that you can hear them when they answer the phone, but they can't hear you for 30-45 seconds. Of course by that time, most people just hang up. I know that the issue is with the Equinox, because the same three phones not working on the Equinox, work perfectly fine on a Ford Escape, Hyundai, and Nissan Rogue.

I think I will give you a thumbs up for a very helpful demo, mm-k? ;)

this is useless...There IS a glitch with MyLing in ALL Chevrolets....or all vehicles with MyLink installed....give it some time...it will malfunction.

this video sucks, where do you put the code in your phone? Do you pull up your number pad? Maybe if you would demonstrate the android phone also then this would be a good video
