Watch out doing business with this guy goo.gl/maps/1MdAxR41MUWStTrC7 (Lee's Towing and Recovery) Blocking me without any explanation is no way to back out of a deal. I would have just brought a trailer up the first time if I knew you weren't going to come. Waste of my gas/time/tolls.

Thanks so much everyone for checking out the video and dropping feedback below! Greatly appreciate it and definitely a future video coming on this wrecker. Also huge thank you to you guys who have commented on other Detailer KZfaq channels about maybe collaborating with the 1974 Torino Elite. If you get a chance, leave a comment on your favorite detailing Channel like WD or AMMOnyc about them doing the NNKH Elite and maybe we can make this happen! Thanks!!!

I have the same exact wrecker body, It’s a No-Mar, actually purchased from the same outfitter in NJ too. I don’t know the model # because my ID tag has 8 layers of paint but it says “Coming to get ya” on the boom when it’s extended.

I remember when this truck was new, I lived across the river in Clifton, Back in the old days, it was a GULF station. As for the B Mack, I was a kid when it was being built, always amazed me at the skill involved. Glad you saved both from being scrapped.

I just wanted to let Chris know how happy I am for his success. It takes a lot of patience and organization to bring us these videos. Most people have no idea how many hours of unused video you have to scrub through and sit on for a long time in order to put together a presentation like this. These aren't simple workman vlogs. There are dozens of other channels that are doing the same types of mechanic work, and the viewers can scroll back through this channels' earlier videos to see examples of the kind of vlogs everyone else is putting out today. It takes patience and organization to wait until a story has a beginning, middle, and end, skill to edit that story together.

I used to work for the Police department and worked on those light bars all the time. Some advice for you: take the yellow covers off and polish them up with polishing compound. A lot of times you can make them look great and remove alot of the hazyness. Also, while you have them off, spray a squirt of PB into the ports on the electric Motors, and spray some lithium grease on the plastic gears that drive the rotating lights. Also remove the bulbs and lubricate the sockets. The bulbs should be halogen, but 50 amp 1156's will work as well. Cool truck!

I never got the whole ASMR thing, but when you go clanking around on the old cars and heavy equipment, it's very relaxing sounds lol Everything from a dry rotted line cracking, opening a squeaky door or just pulling dip sticks. Also I still watch in disbelief how quickly you analyze the state of a power and drive train and decide on a course of action. Great video as usual!

Truly amazing to watch. So much knowledge and skill, stumbled upon this channel a few week’s ago and haven’t been able to stop watching! For tyres pre 2000 the DOT still work’s except it’s a 3 digit not 4. Tyres made in the 80’s first 2 numbers are the week last number is the year, 90’s tyres are the same except they have an indent after the last number.

Had to sell her to make a couple house payments back in 08 so the wife and I could keep our house, still looking to replace it with another 87 or 88 K5. Those 350 TBI engines were so tough and reliable, maybe not a ton of power, but definitely got the job done....and still do! Thanks, bro, for another great rescue! Have a lot of seat time in one of those beasts. Towed from 1986 - 2003. Loved that work. Especially the Boston winters on the side of RT128, laying in slush, pulling transmission pins. Good times.

The wrecker series is one of my favorites. I love vehicles that serve a practical purpose, I am a function over form guy. Given what you do a rig that can move cars and haul around heavy loads with its crane, a worthwhile investment indeed.

The 1920's master wrench is interesting to me because 50 years ago I got given a chrome plated one of those. It served me well for years, not only on pipes, but large rusty nuts until someone stole it. I couldn't find another until a few months ago in my local tool store, they had some Japanese made ones. Mine gets used a lot, especially when undoing HVAC lines on cars. Great tools and incredibly useful .

Great work! Good to see a local guy that has interesting content. Driving by the El Bar at Front and Master really got my attention as my mom owned that bar when I was a kid.

My first time watching your channel and I subbed right away after the first video. I really like that you kinda get into some different things, boats, trucks, some dragging and whatever else. You seem to really know your stuff and keep things interesting by not too much detail, but JUST enough while working on stuff and its cool to see you flip stuff, because thats what I like doing with Boats and RV's, make old shit new again so it gets a second chance at life. Cheers
