This video is how fixed the reduced engine condition in my 2005 suburban 2500 6.0. The problem had come back but it was my fault. I did not push the clip on the throttle body on all the way. I pushed it all the way on til it clicked. Have not had the problem in months when it would happen daily. Good luck
Update: was replacing water pump on truck the other day and I could see leaves under the fuse box from the side. I removed cover and lifted fuse block and there was a mouse nest inside. It had chewed some wires. Not all the way through. Not causing my issue but concerning. the symptom had come back some time ago. I went back under the hood and wiggled throttle wire harness and truck went into reduced engine power. I checked the connectors where I spliced in new harness and a wire had come out. I soldered all the wires this time. I have not had the issue again. When replacing wireharness always use solder.
