Hi Morgan, Haven't seen you in a while. Nice looking repair. Look's like you may have used your new welder for some of that repair job. Take care!

Are you telling us it is a fix and not a restoration or yourself?? Because you sure spent alot of time smoothing up those welds!🤣🤣 As always, Morgan...Nice work!👏👏

Good stuff Morgan 👍 Looks like the stuff that I’d most likely do. The trick is to do that type of stuff before that rust cancer gets so bad that theirs not enough parent material to weld to. Because by that time it’s 🤬

Is there a coating you can put on it to prevent the rust.
@WildWestGarage Жыл бұрын
I think a good pressure washing and a coat of fluid film would slow things down a bit

Been searching KZfaq trying to figure out how to fix my k5 blazer frame. Snapped off behind the rear shackle on the passenger side and rusted before the shackle on the left. Still don’t really know what I’m going to do

Isn’t that part straight C channel? You could get a shop with a press brake to make the section for you.

Hey guy... one of your fellow Canadian KZfaqrs Brent at Halfass Kustoms lost his whole shop in a fire... though you might like to know.
