Don't think of sunny days as good weather and other days as bad weather. Sunny, rainy, windy are all normal (it's supposed to be that way), bad would be only extreme events but the news kinda conditions us to consider certain types of normal weather as being "bad" and that ends up having a negative impact on our mood, for no good reason. Also, was thinking that Eminescu used to read under Teiul lui Eminescu so maybe you can study outdoors at times, if you feel like you've been locked inside for too long. Anyway, Baftă!
