What a lovely lady! My brother went to an Armenian restaurant in Providence (very large, established Armenian population there) and tried this and told me all about it. The restaurant has sadly since closed, but I guess I’ll have to just make it myself! Thank you

If the meat is fresh, nothing to worry about, this dish comes from old days , people have been eating it without any problems , as if they eat raw fish with sushi/ sashimi Most importantly it should be Fresh :)
