Chia seed is very good with overnight oats. Soak instant oats, chia seeds, chopped dates, almonds or and other dry fruits in milk. Keep in fridge. Next morning add any chopped fresh fruits (optional). Its very tasty and healthy breakfast. No cooking.

Instant oats , ചിയ seeds, നുറുക്കിയ കാരക്ക , ബദാം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മറ്റ് dry fruits ഇവയെല്ലാം ഒരു രാത്രി മുഴുവൻ പാലിൽ കുത്തിർത് വെക്കുക എന്നിട്ട് അത് . ഫ്രിഡ്ജിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കുക. അടുത്ത ദിവസം രാവിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും അരിഞ്ഞ fruits ചേർക്കുക (വേണമെങ്കിൽ ). വളരെ രുചികരവും ആരോഗ്യകരവുമായ ഒരു breakfast ആണ്... പാചകം വേണ്ടാ ഇങ്ങനെ ആണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു 😁
