I like Goelia, but only their all natural-fiber fabric items. Their silk and wool items are pretty good, but the silk is noticeably thinner than most brands and their wools can be very itchy, merino would be better. (They use a lot of acetates, which aren’t breathable at all, so I just can’t wear them). While thinner silk is an indication of lower quality, it’s not unsuited to my warm climate, a little lighter weight can be better in our hot summers. I don’t think their quality of construction can be considered high quality, though, I’ve had problems with mismatched seams on prints, for example. Their sizing is Chinese, I order up at least one, and often two, sizes, especially for items with waistbands, necklines and fitted sleeves, or are knitted ones. They indicate their sizes are adjusted to Western ones, but they aren’t, there is zero accommodation for European bust sizes in most items, for example. Chinese knitting machine size standards are very, very small compared to their Western counterparts. Even on my very skinny neck, Chinese-made clothing is usually very tight there. I have a tiny, more Asian-sized, frame than most others of European ancestry, and am slender, so it’s not that.

Hi Sansha. All the pieces are beautiful. I especially like the brown tweed cropped jacket. What do you think about their sizing and quality? It appears that the fit is good for you. Love neutrals! Thanks for your inspiration.

Hi Diane, the quality of all the pieces I’ve tried so far was amazing! I would say overall their sizing does run a bit small. I typically size up one from my usual size in tops and jackets.❤️
