idk why but the sky and air has like a cool bluish hue, like the land will be hit by storms any minute and I just really LOVE that feeling and that view. I know I am sounding crazy but I really really like that vibe. ughhh, I love windy weather!!

This video randomly popped up on my homepage, and since I live in downtown Chicago I clicked. I'm convinced KZfaq is listening to my conversations because I was just telling a friend I'm considering moving to Moment when my lease is up (I live around the corner from there right now). I'd be leasing a convertible or one bedroom, but this was still super helpful to see the amenities and kitchen/bathroom layouts.

Oh my giddy aunt Caira! Your reaction to the master bath in the 3 bed apartment was my reaction every time you went up to a window- I literally jumped out of my skin!! I have really poor balance and even get dizzy on some staircases 😬😳!! I'm quite shocked how just watching this on my phone made me go all wooey -headed- so weird 😂😂 I personally couldn't live in a high rise with floor to ceiling windows as i'd be clinging on to the walls farthest from the windows all the time. I still love a good nose round apartments though so i'll be brave and next time i'll strap myself in or something!! 😂😳👍

$1350 FOR THAT??? Wow, who ever got that apartment for that price is so lucky, that's an absolute steal.

That is only for 1st year, after that your price is $1,700/month. You get 1st two months free, and that's where they tuck in discount into monthly rent. Anyway, you pay $17,000 for rent first year. The next year monthly rent is 1,700 if you sign lease on two yrs or so.

Nice. Here's a bit of Chicago trivia: that piece of land in the lake, across from Navy Pier is the Jardine Water Purification Plant. Largest water purification plant in the US and I think the 2nd largest in the world.

$8,000 a month. Woo wee! 😂 I’m a southern Illinois resident. I turn my nose up at a $850 a month rent lol. I’d love to live in Chicago one day. I just need to accept rent prices lol.

When it comes to lease renewal is it common to get more free months if you sign a longer lease? Or will the rent then become $1700/mo. (as an example for this Studio) going forward? That's my concern seeing good prices when looking online. Thanks in advance! :-)

Prices aren’t locked in Chicago but you can always ask for the same renewal rate.

I’m sorry but I live downtown with the same amenities and you shouldn’t be spending 1700 for a studio. Keep looking and use apartment apps. There’s a ton available now

Hi! Thank you for posting this. Just wanted to point out that there was no social distancing or mask wearing which was kind of disappointing since, like you said, we’re in the middle of a pandemic. I hope that you begin to wear masks and are more cautious about the activities you choose to do during this time, because the spread is worsening and we all need to be cautious. I hope in the future there’s more regard for the CDC guidelines + more weariness about what you choose to do during the pandemic, while keeping in mind the impact it has on other people as well. Thank you :)

Hey! Thanks for your comment! I wear a mask when I’m in public 100% of the time. At the time of this video cdc guidelines were not as strict as they are now (which I appreciate and follow!) and I was also with steph like 4 days a week for different shoots etc where we couldn’t wear our masks. But thanks for your concern!

for$5k you would think they a have updates not a fan of tryna sell sumthing do to a view i want to be comfortable in the place n if imma pay 5k better be updated and room decent it was ok but nooo think ill add to my budget n make it 2k for mine I just do not like that

@caira ok very nice apartments but I have to point out a very important factor. there was no social distancing between you too. I mean right now we are at 6.1%positivity rate and it’s not going down , I would think especially since your boyfriend was sick ,you would make sure to wear your mask and do practice social distancing. Again those views were out this world but please make sure the next time you decided to do another showing make sure you are being safe , or at least make a statement before you start saying you are practicing safeness. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂. My comments are no where meant to come off as mean but just concerned , this Covid is spreading EXTREMELY fast

Hi dawn! Thank you for your comment, and yes this is very true. I am around Stephanie all the time for work, so between being in cars, apartments, and photoshoots for our brokerage it is kind of inevitable for us. But we both try to be very cautious regardless!!
