In 2023, Montez Sweat became the first ever NFL player to amass 6 or more sacks on two different teams in the same season (12.5 total)! That Chicago Bears defense took off after Week 8 trade with DC for Sweat; Imagine a full season with Tez on the field for them. That said, the team does need a DPR (designated pass rusher) to offset the limited pass rush abilities of Walker and the still progressing young talents in Dexter, Pickens, and Booker 😅

I'm a die hard Bears fan and I can't disagree with any of that

Might need to double check my numbers here but for comparison: Chris Jones had 42 pressures on 741 defensive snaps (5.67% rate) Big Dex had 29 pressures on 432 defensive snaps(6.71%rate). Dex had 20 pressures in the last 9 games on 234 snaps (8.55% rate).

I believe this defense line will suprise

Its a very worrisome and exciting time to be a bears fan. There's so much to be happy for with all we've added yet so many glaring holes we blatantly ignored

If bears land a premier edge in the draft we r guna be scary

Our secondary is dope but yeah……we all know our biggest meh or bad area is d line. Booker is small, sweat is great but we need another anchor player.

Even if Dexter takes the leap, it’s still not enough. The dline is what will ultimately hold the Bears back

Our offensive line is the key to our success. We got a rookie QB and an overrated offensive line. Disaster is on the way
