I don't get why the media keeps asking him "What was going through your head during this?" Cause every single time it's the same answer. "Yeah, you know, nothing really, it was super exciting, and I was just playing hockey and having a good time."

@terezar880 bruh "mic'd" in the sense there recording & allowing the broadcast to hear it. Your meaning literally mic'd up. That's not what I was referring to. Pal thought he was being smart Mic'd up in the sense that the NHL is making a video or segment from it is a series called being "mic'd up" Kinda like in the NFL wear a single player will be "mic'd up" for a game for the NFL to make video from it.

I have a question. Both Connor and Kevin talks with what seems like their teeths closed....and the two guys intervieving them dont. Its actually hard to understand what they say. Is this way of talking a modern thing for young ppl? My son will sometimes speak in a way close to what they do, but he is 9! Or are Connor and Kevin just not very good speakers?

I don’t understand why every media from the states has to bring up Chicago Blackhawks legacy and crap like that. Yet none mentioned how they a harbor sexual predator and did not care about their young players during the same era! Anyone who brings it up they say that’s the pass yet they keep bringing up the Stanley Cup wins.

The hawks cared a lot about their players. Everyone who leaves there talks about how’s its one of the best spots that takes care of their players on and off the ice. One weirdo video coach in 2010 doesn’t change that.
@Pariah_Larry
@Pariah_Larry 6 ай бұрын
There isn’t a single player or coach left from that era buddy. Not one. Why punish a bunch of kids and guys that weren’t even there when it happened or they were literally 10 years old.. you also have to remember what happened was between two ADULTS. Wrong and disgusting? Yes. Illegal? No. Hockey is a hyper masculine sport, if you heard the first round rookie got blown by the video coach you wouldn’t know weather to laugh or respect their relationship. It only came out as a dark creepy situation later on during the cup run and they wanted to fully investigate before they fired a dude over an allegation. Unfortunately it was 100% true and that guy went on to hurt real children. The Hawks had to pay millions and there will always be an asterisk next to that 2010 cup run. Quenville lost his job when his team was in first place and the legacy of a lot of hawks legends were forever changed. Kyle got to speak his mind and the chips fell where they fell. Isn’t that enough? Are you THAT salty about not getting Bedard? By your logic every time they bring up a cup win they should also bring up the darkest moment of the clubs history to two guys who were in middle school when it happened..? It was wrong but people need to learn from it and move on and that seems to have happened for everyone besides salty fans that didn’t get Bedard and think they lottery was rigged for a “dirty team” yet I never hear anyone talk about “Hockey Canada” and their 12+ allegations from the WJC they swept under the rug. 12 women paid hush money that came from parents paying league fees. Or how about theo fleury getting abused for years then being pressured to create the Calgary Hitmen by the very same man that abused him. I can go on and on dude. There is SA in sports. It sucks and it’s wrong but it’s unfortunately part of our world. Most we can do is learn from it and support victims. Not attack organizations 14+ years after it happened when you aren’t showing the same anger toward any other SA cases. It screams selective outrage and virtue signaling. Cope all you want, leave Kyle out of it. Using him for your straw man argument is also wrong.

Lol this is a hockey thing by far. They are the worst at interviews and so bland... Hockey players are the bill belichick of PR. "Yes it was exciting, I just did my job and the team was great and yea the ref was there I was there. It was an experience." But to be honest these guys interviewing them have no idea how to interact with gen Z and giving kinda lame ass questions which will gove generic repsonses
