Great memories of Harry Caray calling White Sox games with Jimmy Piersall back in the 70’s, a very entertaining duo.

"Let's see if we can lip-read." I can tell you every other word out of Tommy's mouth begins with an F.

The good old days of baseball. No stupid timer clock. No stopping the game so the upms can review a play.

Just be happy we lived during that time 😊

Nothing like a Cubs game and a cold Bud. Harry and Stone were so much fun.

@@terrytitus5291umpires were so reasonably patient with managers back then. I miss that in today’s MLB.

Tommy Lasorda when. He was in Chicago u would likely 👀 his Italian Restaurant downtown
@teller12908 ай бұрын
Lasorda owned a ristorante Italiano in Chi-Town? I'd have loved to chow down there. I was in St. Louis in summer '98 to see two Cards games and ate at such a place on "The Hill (an old Italian neighborhood, I'm told, where Garagiola and Berra hailed from)" named LoRusso's. Fabulous eats.
